Services include personalized individual, couples or family counseling/therapy.  Services are primarily provided in my office conveniently located on the East Side of Providence, RI. I strive to make clinical counseling available to all so in some cases I may be able to provide home based counseling and/or online counseling (through skype).  I can also provide counseling on-site in schools.

Sessions are individualized to meet your specific needs.  I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and together, we will develop a plan to best help you feel better and to meet your personal goals.  Sessions are generally 45-60 minutes in length and take place once per week or once every other week.

I accept several major health insurances such as Blue Cross, Neighborhood Health Plan, Medicaid, United Healthcare and Tricare.  If your insurance company is not listed I can meet with you as an “out of network” provider which means you will be responsible for payment at the time of service but your insurance company may reimburse you for all or some of your costs.  I can provide you with all the information you need to help make this process easier.  Sliding scale is available for those who are not insured or who prefer not to use their health insurance.
